Food Shelves Greatly Depleted

It’s time to replenish the food shelves. We have two groups we're helping: veterans who need help (many are homeless) and seniors at Disciples Village who need food they can eat in their apartments. Please keep in mind, pop top cans work well for the homeless, but seniors have difficulty opening cans. Peanut butter and jelly are always needed. We're good for paper products for the most part. If our shelves are full for a long period of time, we aren't doing the Lord's work of feeding those in need. Thank you so much for continuing to support these two programs.

Next time you go grocery shopping, please consider picking up some items to help our Feed My Sheep cabinet, Disciples Village food pantry, and the Police Emergency supply closet. Below is a list of items that are desperately needed to restock our shelves. Today is a good day to do good.
Food Items: Canned meals such as Tuna, Vienna Sausages, Chili, Spaghetti O’s, Chicken & Dumplings, Beef Stew, Canned Chicken, etc.
Jar and Box items such as Spaghetti Sauce, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Crackers, Mac & Cheese, Ramen, etc.
Household Items: Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Disinfectant Wipes, Laundry Detergent Pods & Dishwashing Pods (pods are easier to distribute).
Hygiene Items: Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Deodorant.
